At Trainly, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.


🔁 Eligibility for Refund


You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not downloaded or completed a full workout plan.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • You have already used the service to generate a full training plan.
  • You are past the 14-day refund window.
  • You purchased via third-party platforms or app stores (contact them directly).



💬 How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@voicecalm.space with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for your request


We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Items


  • Renewals of ongoing subscriptions
  • Promotional or discounted plans
  • Gift cards or coupon-based purchases
