14 days of your initial purchase
if you have not downloaded or completed a full workout plan.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- You have already used the service to generate a full training plan.
- You are past the 14-day refund window.
- You purchased via third-party platforms or app stores (contact them directly).

“Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for your request
We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
